A large global Pharmaceutical company are currently recruiting for a Treasury Reporting Manager, on a permanent basis at their brand new UK headquarters in Reading. A leading brand name in the industry, they form part of the top 5 Pharma companies globally. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned, qualified accountant, with relevant treasury reporting experience, to step into a senior role where you will support decision-making at the highest level. You will also manage a small team and deputise for the Head of Treasury where necessary. What's on offer? Annual Salary up to £61,500 per annum, plus £7000 car allowance & up to 15% bonus 25 hour working week, including early finish on Fridays Excellent benefits scheme including generous DC Pension Permanent role, with clear scope for career progression in this large organisation About your new role: In this role, you will be responsible for managing the key reporting requirements of the Treasury department, primarily responsible for cash flow reporting and forecasting for the UK and Ireland region including FX reporting. You will be collaborating closely with Corporate Treasury and local Finance and Tax teams, a key priority will be to further develop the way the department produces analyses and uses of financial information to support decision-making, and achievement of the company's strategic plan. Duties will include: Responsibility for short and medium term cash forecasts, including co-ordinating input from different business units and incorporating longer term forecasts and Group budgets Monitoring and controlling the cash performance via the monthly reporting processes Consolidation and analysis of material to support the budgeting/forecasting processes Identifying FX requirements and exposures, to ensure robust and accurate on-going FX reporting Working with finance/commercial teams ensuring timely delivery of monthly CFO pack focusing on value added analysis and commentary with a fey focus on DSO & DPO Coordinate insurance certification for the region and assist with any insurance inquiries Provide advice on Treasury matters to the business units and assist with cash optimisation projects and process improvements About you: CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified or equivalent qualification Experience in a similar role within a large Blue-Chip corporate environment Financial reporting/analysis and consolidation experience (Cash flow reporting essential) Strong PC & system skills incl. advanced excel (Essential SAP/Advanced Excel) If you believe this is the next career move for you, please do not hesitate to apply now or contact Alex Benton on 0117 9309 748 for further information.
