The role has overall financial responsibility for a fascinating, AIM listed business. Responsibilities will be varied but with a focus on IFRS reporting. Working closely with the CFO and CEO, the FC will be responsible for integrating a newly acquired entity into the Group. This will involve all aspects of accounting and will suit an individual who is comfortable in a hands on role. There is a definite path to become CFO of an AIM listed business within 2 years. The successful candidate will be a bright, capable and qualified accountant (likely ACA), who is comfortable in a hands on role for a small group function. Experience of IFRS is essential, as is the ability to work autonomously. Experience of accounting for International entities is useful - particularly experience of Dutch accounting - though this is far from essential A small, profitable SME operating in a variety of fascinating sectors.
