Due to continued significant growth, the Head of Finance is need of a support manager to assist with these financial requirements. Role: Effective stakeholder management of all contributing to the reporting process Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls Coordinate the Company's annual audit with the independent auditors Manage monthly closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts Train and educate company management and communicate all financial laws and regulations, updating management as needed, so that they can avoid occurrences of non-compliance Candidate: Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA Ability to manage large sets of data Strong understanding of SEC reporting principles Knowledge of best practices in internal controls SAP knowledge preferred Good interpersonal skills as the role will deal with a number of different stakeholders at senior and executive level Ability to challenge current practices and identify more efficient solutions
