Perrett Laver now seeks to hire a Chief Financial Officer to join our highly successful and passionate team. As Chief Financial Officer at Perrett Laver, you will be accountable for all the financial aspects of the global Group and will report to the Directors. This is an exciting opportunity to join an employee-owned and growth-oriented business. In the near future we wish to deliver a set of changes within the finance function designed to provide greater levels of automation and efficiency, shaping a more contemporary approach to key areas such as contract-to-cash and purchase-to-pay processes and modernising our financial reporting systems. In the medium term we are seeking to identify a strategic financial leader who can advise on value propositions that help to drive business performance and margin. We are of a size where a balance will need to be struck between a hands-on approach at times and a more strategic leadership at other times. The postholder must be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA) and the role will be full-time (with consideration for flexible working positively considered) based either in London or Oxford (with regular travel to London). Generous pension and Private Medical Insurance. Standard hours - Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, with an additional five hours of flexi-time per week (40 hours a week).
