Finance Manager required to be responsible for a large accounting department which includes the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, Credit Control Supervisor, Sales Administration Manager and their teams. You will have overall supervision of 20 direct and in-direct staff. You will ensure that all aspects of the accounting function is efficient and processes are followed according to company policy. All work is produced to a very high, accurate standard and to strict company deadline. This position requires someone who enjoys working with detail and able to resolve any issues quickly and effectively. You must have excellent leadership and motivational skills and the ability to lead a large accounting team. An audit background would be an advantage. This role reports to the Head Of Finance. You will come from a Motor Retail background with several years Dealership Accounting experience. You will also have very good Kerridge skills.
