You will need to be very numerate (maths test at interview), have excellent IT skills (including advanced Excel), good A-Level results (ideally including maths) and a 2:1 degree. Some previous experience in / knowledge of the financial industry would be ideal - and an interest in this area is crucial You must be happy working in back office / operations team of a professional, entrepreneurial company; the team is young, fun and sociable and you are encouraged to get involved across the business. The company will support further study for the right candidate (IMC).
