We are now looking for someone to join this busy and fast paced company as an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. The primary duties associated with this role include, but are not restricted to:
• Supervise and maintain Sales Ledger
• Monthly client statement reconciliation
• Liaise with clients regarding invoice and account queries
• Request remittance advise from clients whenever required
• Weekly client disbursements recharges
• Process and maintain Direct Debits
• Monthly maintenance of Deferred Income schedule
• Other reasonable duties as may be necessary The ideal candidate for this role will:
• Possess 1-3 years experience within a similar role
• Demonstratable experience processing a large volume of invoices
• Experience with Quickbooks desirable
