My client is a global real estate advisory firm, who also develops and acquires prime real estate. The role is a mix of Accounts Payable as well Management Accounts. This is contract position for 6 months on a part time basis, which will be 3-4 times a week in the office depending on work flow. Here is an over view of the position: Put invoices through Review Stat Accounts Investor reporting in board meetings Service charge duties Helping with month end Experience: Yardi experience UK GAPP - Needs to have worked within real estate or property previously Any experience with lender compliance with banks Auditing experience (they are going through two audits currently)
