We're looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to analyse, refine and improve PHMG's financial plan. With the support of our in-house development, data and finance teams, you'll work with data captured on our Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Navision systems - taking full control of projected long-term forecasting, as well as maintaining up-to-date reports and presenting your findings to Directors and Department Heads. Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in projects to analyse processes and performance
• Work with members of the Senior Management Team to analyse the potential impact of proposed developments and changes
• Act as a business partner to help Senior Managers develop their understanding of financial aspects, and generate ideas for improvement
• Liaise with the Senior Management Team to analyse cost drivers
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the overall business model to inform long-term projections
• Identify trends and feedback findings to support the Board and Senior Management Team
• Prepare and present ad-hoc analyses to the Board and Senior Management Team Qualities and Experience:
• Proven experience working as a Financial Analyst
• Preferred experience working with a subscription-based business, in a B2B and international market
• Expert Excel skills and ability to develop complex financial models
• Hands-on experience in statistical analysis
• Outstanding presentation and reporting skills, with ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels within the organisation
