Finance Analyst Milton Keynes Salary - £19,000 P/A (with an increase after 6 months) Unico Recruitment are working alongside an Outsourcing Financial Services company to find the ideal candidate to become a Fraud Analyst. • Investigate potential credit card fraud cases
• Analyse several aspects of account history
• Contacting customers and merchants to gain additional information needed
• Maintain accurate documentations for investigations
• 75% inbound calls, 25% outbound calls and processing orders
• Respond to account enquiries Skills Required;
• Minimum of 1 year contact centre/ banking experience
• Excellent communication skills
