gap personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Bristol. As a purchase ledger, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Day to day running and control of the Purchase Ledger function Raising and Processing invoices Bank reconciliations Reconciling supplier statements Resolving queries from suppliers Preparing weekly and monthly payments by BACS Processing staff expenses Preparation of month end accruals The Successful Applicant The successful candidate would be able to display: Previous accounts experience Ability to communicate effectively Good computer skills Previous Sage experience would be desirable What's on Offer The perks of this role include: A competitive salary Free parking A friendly working environment A contributory pension scheme The role is temporary on going and shall be reviewed after a successful few weeks.
