Interim Finance Director Circa £600/900 per day LTD - Midlands My Retail client has an immediate requirement for an Interim Finance Director to join their business for a period of circa 6 months. The appoint will cover a period of business change until a restructure is finalised. Key Accountability's: Member of the senior leadership team Team leadership of Management Accounts, Business Partners, Financial Accounting and Procurement Lead relationships with auditors, banks, tax, pensions and legal Responsibility for finance governance and maintaining a strong control environment Statutory reporting, treasury and tax Budgeting, forecasting and planning Finance business partner to the COO Enable business decision making on a day-to-day basis using analysis Driving business performance with timely MI Lead the development and improvement of key business processes Candidate Profile: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or equivalent Experience of managing teams of circa 20 Strong experience of working capital management Experience of working within blue chip multi-site retail business As this role is highly P&C no additional information can be released until a CV has been received, positively vetted and an NDA signed and returned.
