£75,000 - £90,000 benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Compliance/Senior Compliance Manager to help lead the compliance function for a growing department in a well-established company in the energy and utilities sector. ESSENTIAL SKILLS Strong financial regulation background Knowledge of MIFID II, REMIT, EMIR and MAR Strong understanding of commodity trading DESIRABLE SKILLS Energy background highly desirable Knowledge of license conditions and industry code Day to day role: The role involves advising trading and commercial teams on financial regulatory compliance to ensure that all trading activities are in line with industry regulations. You will also manage a small team within the department.
