My client is looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join a well established Accountancy Practice in Northampton. My client is offering the unique perk of Flexible working or reduced hours.

Responsibilities:

• Producing the monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Pre-payments and accruals
• VAT returns
• Assisting with year end
• Maintain Nominal Ledger
• Weekly and monthly cash flow forecasting
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register Skills and Attributes
• AAT Qualified or Part Qualified ACCA
• Experience in practice desirable
• 3 years accounting experience
• Knowledge of IRIS/SAGE/XERO
• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
