Senior Finance Analyst / FP&A £55,000 to £62,000 bonus and benefits London This is a fantastic Senior Finance Analyst role - offering great exposure to the business unit. This will be a key Commercial Finance role, offering full P&L exposure. Business partnering with senior stake-holders, and reporting directly to the FP&A Director. The client really requires someone with an excellent business acumen who can help drive the business forward. Commercially minded / Business savvy individuals most desirable Key responsibilities include:
• Liaise with various key stakeholders in the US and UK to provide assistance on financial information and reporting in a timely manner
• Responsible for the preparation and presentation of budgets, forecasts, trend analysis and the development of best-in-class business practices
• Develop financial reports that provide enhanced transparency and facilitate informed decision-making
• Proactively manage revenue and expense accounting processes and facilitate financial record-keeping according to company policy
• Review existing practices and identify ways to increase efficiency and control
• Ability to synthesise large amounts of data into cohesive, management-ready analysis, conclusions and recommendations
• Become a subject matter expert for financial performance
• Work on ad hoc and special projects, including financial analysis and modelling, establishing metrics to measure performance, and support business planning, product development efforts and return on investment The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with previous experience from similar roles Superior analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and comfortable working with large amounts of data, strong communication skills, attention to details and superb organisational and time management skills. Superior Excel skills - high degree of familiarity with managing data via pivot tables, v-lookups, etc. Extensive working knowledge of Hyperion Planning and proficient in SAP (or similar business management software).
