If you are a Financial Planning and Analysis professional who loves the idea of working with a charity working with communities, families and animals, our current partnership with a large, Central London based charity could be of interest to you. With a brilliant team in place, this role offers a great chance to be part of a high profile team within the organisation, leading on forecasting, budgeting and business planning. This is an exciting commercial role, really using finance to drive commercial strategy and support non-finance directors across the business. There is great scope to add value and make a tangible, positive impact on the charities activities and beneficiaries. Key responsibilities include: Managing the annual budgeting process Developing a culture of continuous improvement, working with the team to drive efficiency and process improvements Working with stakeholders, providing financial analysis to assist decision making Driving a 'commercial attitude' in the business, ensuring that the organisation is achieving targets Acting as the key financial adviser on significant projects We are looking for qualified accountants (ACA, CIMA, CIPFA, ACCA) who have a strong track record in financial modelling and business partnering, used to taking ownership for the budgeting process. This role would suit someone with a great commercial mindset, looking for a chance to make a difference in a wonderful organisation working internationally to support communities and animals.
