This is an exciting commercial role, really using finance to drive commercial strategy and support non-finance directors across the business. There is great scope to add value and make a tangible, positive impact on the charities activities and beneficiaries. Key responsibilities include: Managing the annual budgeting process Developing a culture of continuous improvement, working with the team to drive efficiency and process improvements Working with stakeholders, providing financial analysis to assist decision making Driving a 'commercial attitude' in the business, ensuring that the organisation is achieving targets Acting as the key financial adviser on significant projects We are looking for qualified accountants (ACA, CIMA, CIPFA, ACCA) who have a strong track record in financial modelling and business partnering, used to taking ownership for the budgeting process.
