Investigo are representing a business based in Watford who require a Payroll Manager with a background from working in either NHS, Logistics or Manufacturing who has dealt with complex payroll inputs/time sheets. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the following; Managing payroll operations, making sure each stage of the payroll process is properly actioned, that payments are correctly calculated and necessary information is communicated to HMRC, Pension and other statutory bodies. Primary contact point for staff queries on all payroll and pension matters developing effective working relationships with managers across a growing number of locations. This role will provide assurances to the Finance Director and Financial Controller, keeping both informed of impacting changes to relevant regulation and legislation.
