The Company Reed Accountancy are delighted to be recruiting a part time Finance Manager on behalf of our client, a well-known hospitality business in Belfast City Centre. This is a part time, permanent opportunity. 20-25 hours per week (flexible). The Job Reporting directly to the owner, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall financial administration of the business. This includes everything from the invoice postings, to detailed analysis and reporting on financial information pertaining to sales, costs etc. You will analyse trends and make recommendations based on your findings within the financial reporting. Duties include (but are not limited to):
• Invoice postings (sales and purchase ledger)
• Bank reconciliations
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Supplier payment runs
• Analysis of management information including: - Wage % - Sales, discounts, voids etc. - Budget/Variance analysis - Costing/Pricing - Overheads
• Preparing sets of management accounts and presenting to director with commentary and recommendations The Person The successful candidate should effectively demonstrate the following:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in an office-based Finance environment
• A qualification or part-qualification with ACCA/CIMA/ACA/ATI/AAT
• A high degree of commercial acumen
• Good communication skills
