An excellent French speaking Credit Controller position has recently become available at a brilliant Trafford Park - based company. Working within a wider credit team and reporting directly to the Credit Manager, you will be solely responsible for the company's French entities. As a French speaking Credit Controller, your responsibilities will include: Managing the outstanding debt through internal & external relationships to ensure timely payments Negotiating re-payment plans where necessary Following company procedure for overdue accounts Achieving and (where possible) exceeding monthly cash collection targets Authorising orders as appropriate Negotiating/suspending credit facilities to enable order release Reconciling customer accounts - ensuring payments are allocated accurately to the appropriate account Reviewing new customer application forms, assessing credit worthiness and establishing credit terms and limits Setting credit limits As a French speaking Credit Controller, you will have/be: Able to use French in a business capacity Previous experience working in a credit control position IT literate, including intermediate capability with MS Excel Excellent organisational skill and able to prioritise Confident taking ownership of your own ledger Able to thrive in fast paced environments This Trafford Park based company have an excellent reputation amongst clients and customers.
