A&F Chambers are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our client in Hatfield Peverel. Reporting directly into the Purchase Ledger Manager, you will be working in a high-volume purchase ledger environment managing the Purchase Ledger cycle and large quantity of invoices. Please note this is a maternity cover contract. Duties include but are not limited to: Reconciliations Posting of Credit Card Expenses Manual payments Marketing support allocations and posting Account reconciliations Chasing VAT invoices Process payment requests Posting purchase invoices Processing credit notes Person Specification: Computer Literate, with experience using Excel Great attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated Able to work as part of a team Details: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5:00PM Full time, 12 month maternity cover contract Salary negotiable depending on experience 24 days annual leave bank holidays Fantastic Benefits Package, including Company Sick Pay, Workplace pension & Discount vouchers
