In order to be considered for this role you should have strong demonstrable experience in a relevant role within a life and pensions or financial services company, be a driven person with ability to communicate at all levels. For this role you should have: Proven track record of working as a Business Analyst. Strong experience of working on IT driven programmes. Experience of working with Life and pensions or financial services roles. Ideally have worked within an agile environment. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ideally educated to degree level in IT, Software engineering or economics. What will you be doing? Working across varying projects simultaneously in an agile and matrix managed team. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver rigorous analytics. Work with external companies and software Be delivery focussed with a wiliness to act in a flexible and adaptable way Work within projects that are within agile or waterfall methodologies.
