Your new company
This established property investor and developer has seen some fantastic projects delivered, with the scale of developments increasing over the years they. With an established track record across the residential and commercial space, their footprint and market share continue to grow with a developing commercial team identifying and securing exciting new investments. As such this new job vacancy has come about.

Your new role
Directly supporting the Finance Director and senior leadership team, you'll work right across the business with the commercial and technical teams to directly deliver on assigned FP&A projects. You will be required to shape and improve the effectiveness of the FP&A function through financial modelling, and presenting budgets and asset performance to the business. Initially there will be ad hoc exposure to due diligence on these prospective developments, commercial negotiations and interaction with commercial investment and development teams which will see your role developing over time.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound technical accounting background through completion of your ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification and a detailed knowledge of the Real Estate market. With the ability to articulate and share knowledge a key to this position's success, your communication skills will be excellent, and you will be able to demonstrate a robust and confident character during previous commercial interactions. Financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting, and an understanding of investment appraisal and transactions experience will be prevalent in your background.

What you'll get in return
You'll get a salary of around £65,000 depending on your experience. You'll also be part of an organisation with a good track record, and a business that will allow autonomy and exposure to both internal senior stakeholders and clients. Based in their central London offices, it's easily accessible from around the city.
