Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for managing the credit risk on a defined debtor list and establishing new accounts and credit for new customers. You will be in ongoing review of credit stopped orders and work with customers to resolve outstanding payments or over credits to ensure that orders can be processed. Duties will include the collection of overdue accounts, timely & effective follow up of short payments, credit limit assessment & setting plus effective query management. There is also an element of query resolution regarding credits for returned items and service work.
