Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant. My client is a Global Manufacturing and Distribution organisation in Pontefract, which has an excellent opportunity within their Accounts team. This role would provide the successful applicant with a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of the accounts team. You will be responsible for assisting with monthly management accounts with a number of monthly overhead reports, balance sheet reconciliations and assist with the year end accounts. This will be a varied and fast-paced job role which will require you to manage a busy workload and prioritise to ensure deadlines are met. My client feels this position would best suit a part qualified accountant who has a strong grounding in management accounting. You will ideally have had exposure to applying these skills within a Manufacturing environment although open to considering candidates who can demonstrate the appropriate experience if it is gained within a different industry.
