A Finance Business Partner is required for an Environmental Consultancy company based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. This Finance Business Partner role is a hands-on operationally-focussed role, and key responsibilities will include: Creating an active partnership with both the operational personnel and the management teams. Provide and deliver analysis and insight that links financial reports to business strategies. Provide effective commercial procedures, or initiates change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered. Build and maintain strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams. Produce Management Accounts to tight deadlines and presentations with Divisional MD's. Facilitate and manage an Annual (plus Quarter refresh cycle) for P&L, BS & Cashflow modelling. The successful Finance Business Partner must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, CA, CIMA, ACCA) or finalist; and have previous commercial finance experience of building budgets, forecasting and business modelling. You will have strong MS Excel skills, and be confident in building relationships across all departments, including and especially operations. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be adept at analysing and interpreting data, assessing it's value and presenting findings across the business to relevant stakeholders. You will be a strong influencer, able to constructively and positively challenge and be committed to driving the business and it's people forward. The salary for the Finance Business Partner is in the region of £40,000 - £47,000 dependant on experience, and you will also receive a contributory pension, healthcare, free parking and other flexible benefits.
