Finance Business Partner Enva is a leading waste management, recycling and resource recovery business based in the UK and Ireland. It is focused on the industrial, commercial, construction and public sectors, operating in the specialist hazardous and non-hazardous sectors and Employ more than 1,100 people across its 23 operational facilities within the UK and Ireland. Enva England is the East Midlands leading Recycling and Resource Management company collecting and processing in excess of 500,000 tonnes waste per year, providing a comprehensive waste collection and recycling service to Industrial, Commercial, Construction and local Authority customers. We are proud to say that in excess of 95% of the waste is recycled. We operate out of a 20 Acre site with in excess of 300 employees across our Nottingham and Leicester sites. About the role: We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to work closely with Profit Centre Managers to improve overall financial performance in their areas and across the business. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner key tasks will include compiling accurate forecasts covering both revenue and costs, generating KPIs, PI and reports to aid managers and support them in controlling their debt levels in addition to cost control through the purchase order system. In addition you will assist the Senior Finance Business Partner with improving the integrating of financial and commercial perspectives of business across the operations along with business analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Compile prior period and period-to-date data for use in the PCM Forecast packs - Work with Profit Centre Managers to compile and submit their weekly forecasts - Consolidate, check and reconcile submitted forecasts. Engage with Profit Centre Managers on any variances or changes in forecasts - Ensure month end schedules are compiled on time and in line with requirements from Head Office i.e. stock levels, meter readings, machine hours, rebate schedules - Compile reconciliations on revenue, disposals, rebates and other key managed data - Operational Finance - Involvement in the finance / accounts element of operational activities, integrating finance in to operations - Work with Profit Centre Managers regarding slow and doubtful debt as reported by Head Office - Liaise with Profit Centre Managers on progress of credit note requests - Be the local representative for Glasgow regarding sales and purchase invoice issues where required - Assist the Senior Finance Business Partner in the following areas - Month end financial analysis, working with the Profit Centre Managers on the month end packs - Process improvement around data capture, processing and reporting - Month end performance 'bridge' reporting - analysis and reporting on budget and forecast variances to actual - Capital asset and project financial management and reporting - Non-Financial analysis in relation to the financials i.e. productivity, capacities, efficiencies, product mix impacts About you: - AAT qualified or qualified by experience - Previous business partnering experience where they have been engaged with different areas of a - Experienced in month end accounting and have some experience in business analysis. - Excellent interpersonal skills and have good attention to detail This is an exciting time to join a progressive company who empowers its leaders to grow and develop their areas.
