Are you an experienced Billings Analyst looking for your next opportunity? How would you like to join one of the UK's specialist providers of energy solution services, working with clients to develop smarter ways to manage energy consumption and create effective solutions tailored to their organisation? We are looking to recruit a Billing Analyst to join our team to support with the final completion and issuing of authorisation reports and resolution of all queries relating to the invoice validation process as well as general billing and supplier queries. The main responsibilities of this post are: Provide support to the Bureau Operations team in relation to group supplier invoice queries and to manage the external supplier relationships Operation of defined Bureau processes, including database administration and query resolution Production of defined performance monitoring reports. Working in close liaison with the Team Leaders and the Service Delivery Managers in order to support the resolution of group contract queries to ensure the smooth and professional implementation and ongoing operation of Bureau Service to Customers. Provide support with any ad-hoc information requests Managing queries generated from the ARs through to resolution within the agreed timescales Maintaining the portfolio and asset database Managing any COTs through to completion Managing any reminders & threat of disconnection through to resolution Adding any new sites/meters to group supply contract Managing any incoming post and ensuring this is filed, scanned and saved within the agreed timescales Downloading any invoices from the supplier websites as required Coordinating any meter reads as required if included in the service Chasing any missing bills from the supplier Person Specification: Experience in a similar role Experience of dealing with customers & suppliers Administration experience Excellent attention to detail Good PC skills with an excellent knowledge of Office applications specifically Excel and Access Strong analytical and statistical probing skills Strong understanding of Utilities and Energy Reporting would be beneficial Able to demonstrate self-reliance and ability to manage own time and priorities Ability to meet strict deadlines Ability to communicate complex technical problems in simple language This is a full-time permanent position Do not miss out on this opportunity Apply now via submission of your CV
