Main Responsibilities/Activities Monitor monthly accounts payable
• Maintain, analyse and reconcile ledger accounts, financial statements and reports
• Prepare weekly/monthly payments and process according to procedure
• Develop and implement financial procedures and ensure external and internal controls and policies are adhered to
• Ensure VAT and tax deductions are correctly administered and reconciled and filed in time
• Ensure the execution of accounting activities, to include the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements Special Projects/Challenges - Key Competencies
