We are currently working with one of the East of Englands leading Accountancy firms, this well-regarded company are currently looking to appoint a Tax Manager to join their busy Ely office assist the Tax Partner in providing high quality compliance services for a range of private clients. The role itself will consist of, but not be limited to, the following key duties:
• Review draft self-assessment tax returns including capital gains computations and preparation of schedules of income from property.
• Manage and develop client relationships, including regular client contact by telephone, meetings and electronically.
• Mentor, supervise and coach junior staff.
• Provide technical assistance to non-tax staff.
• Provide assistance in terms of general and specific support to Partners and superiors. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong Tax experience and will preferably be CTA/ATT qualified.
