BTG Recruitment are supporting a niche service sector business in the recruitment of an exciting new permanent Management Accountant positioned in Chesterfield. This company is going through an exciting period of growth, they have recently appointed new investors and Directors, who have already had a positive impact upon the company, increasing sales by 35% on the previous year which has made this newly created role, with the continued projected growth, they expect this role will develop into a more senior position as the company continues to grow. Role As the Management Accountant you will be reporting into Head of Finance and responsible for: Balance Sheet Reconciliations Preparing a set of management Accounts & providing commentary for 2 companies Preparing Journals Budgets Profit and loss Profile We are looking for an experienced candidate, with ideally 5 years behind them. You can be either qualified or QBE, as long as you have a large depth of understanding around management accounts and more specifically balance sheet reconciliations.
