Our client is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join their team based in their Portsmouth office, a leading international food and beverage company with a turnover of over £40m in 2018. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the company, enabling growth into new, international markets. This business is a well-known, consumer brand, producing high quality, ethical food products. The role: Lead the large finance team, ensuring deadlines are met and staff are adequately trained Full P&L responsibility for the UK division Design and implement processes for financial controls Provide financial support to the CEO and stakeholders Monitor cash flow, yearly and monthly forecasts and manage budgets Manage tax affairs and VAT Oversee the HR/ IT and Facilities operations, ensuring correct allocation of budgets Key skills: ACA qualified Must have experience in a large international company, preferably within the food industry Energetic, ambitious and motivated Salary and package can increase to £120,000, depending on experience
