Assistant Accountant needed for Swale and Maidstone Borough Council, £14.35 ltd an hour Start Date- ASAP Contract End date- 3 months (chance of extension) Hours per week - 30 Pay rate - £14.35 ltd an hour Job Description To provide financial support and advice on the Council's final accounts and budget to ensure that the Council meets its statutory financial obligations. To provide financial support and advice to service units to help them create a sound financial environment within their units in full compliance with the Council's Financial Standing Orders and Financial Regulations.
