KCR Solutions are currently seeking a Credit Controller to work for our excellent client in Newcastle. Salary is between £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience. Main Duties: 1. Chasing overdue accounts by telephone, email and letter 2. Maintaining accurate notes on debtor accounts 3. Posting and allocation of cash 4. Process of debit/credit card payments 5. Dealing with the resolution of queries 6. Ensuring credit limits are adhered to 7. Processing of new credit accounts Person Specification 1. Previous credit control experience 2. Be well organised, confident and outgoing 3. Excellent telephone manner 4. Good standard of written English and strong verbal communication skills 5. Have the ability to work confidently using you own initiative and be able to prioritise and organise workloads with support and instruction 6. Have a smart and professional appearance 7. Be able to work well in a team and get along with colleagues
