responsibilities:
Input of customer information into the finance system Taking debit and credit card payments Input cheque payments onto customer accounts Setting up customers onto direct debit Expenses - dealing with claims Purchase ledger Assist with billing analysis for corporate customers Customer refunds Fixed assets and depreciation Answering phone calls into the department and dealing with enquiries Assist with ad hoc finance tasks as required Assist with the implementation of new finance system and processes Ideal candidates will have strong background in finance and experience with finance system implementation.
