ROLE OBJECTIVES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Gazprom Energy has seen considerable growth over the past few years and the company has now diversified into a number of different markets. To assist in managing this growth Gazprom Energy are looking for candidates to cover the following

responsibilities:
Manage the pricing team to meet the growing needs of Gazprom Energy. Responsibility for pricing of all commodity and non-commodity risks for gas and electricity customers in the UK, France and the Netherlands Support Head of COD and EPD in development of Front office and wider digital IT infrastructure to support robust and optimised end-to-end pricing model Develop financial models on risk/return and work with wider commercial functions to optimise market proposition based on risk appetite and business plan Support development of front-office analytical framework to capture customer and grid network behaviour from demand forecasts and feed into pricing strategies Manage sourcing of renewable certificates and develop risk frameworks and strategies to support future growth Develop and maintain Pricing Policies for each region and commodity Manage engagement with the wider industry through regulatory events and lobbying To be aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Gazprom Energy Data Protection policy, Equal Opportunities policy, and the Email and Internet Acceptable Usage Policy, in addition to Fire and Health and Safety Regulations. The role holder may also be required to carry out any other duties within the scope and purpose of this role as requested by their line manager and in line with business needs. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Strong numerical background Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail The post holder deals with complex interfaces, therefore requires end to end understanding of product development and management in a highly complex workplace, plus the ability to operate and influence at all levels. Experience of stakeholder management with proven negotiation skills. It is essential that they are very experienced in dealing with senior management up to board level Strong people management and development skills Able to engage and influence across the organisational structure To be able to take proactive leadership in tasks Be able to cope in a high pressure environment Be results oriented, able to meet tight deadlines and produce clear and concise reports to Senior Management EXPERIENCE Substantial previous experience in a similar role within the energy industry is essential
