We are looking for a Service Charge Finance Officer to join our team based at our Kingston Park office. This is an exciting and challenging role in which you can make a difference. Service Charge - Finance Officer (12 month contract - Maternity Leave) 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday) Temporary, 12 month contract £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience The role will contribute to the efficient day to day running of the Finance Department, providing support to internal/external customers. You will be responsible for the timely preparation of service charge budgets and annual accounts which involves analyzing expenditure and costings of invoices to maintain accurate records. Issuing demands and setting up payment plans, liaise with external accountants and provide finance support to property managers. No agencies please.
