This role is will involve managing all the financial affairs of a basket of high growth portfolio companies. For the companies you are allocated, you will advise their business leaders on their financial situation, how to achieve profitability, KPIs, manage their financial reporting, but almost 50% of the time will be ad hoc issue resolution, from paying the bills to restructuring, refinancing or working with investment bankers on the due diligence for a floatation. No one day will ever be the same. This role WILL set your career up for the future and ultimately catapult you into an FC or FD role within 5 years time. We are looking for candidates with exceptional academic backgrounds to match the heady calibre of the existing team. Ideally, you will be recently qualified (or equivalent) with a background in a broad accounting role in financial services or commercial environment. Personality is going to be key and we're after someone with a real entrepreneurial business head, an outgoing and problem-solving nature, the ability to work with initiative and importantly someone who can contribute to the sense of fun.
