Sales Ledger Assistant
Page Personnel are recruiting for a part time opportunity, this is working as a Sales Ledger Assistant in vibrant manufacturing organisation. The role requires someone to be an Excel master, sage 50 experience and someone who can offer excellent customer service. The role will be working Tuesday - Thursday.
The client is a leading manufacturer, constantly expanding and looking to grow the team.
The key responsibilities of the interim Sales Ledger Assistant are:
- Working in part of a busy team
- Answering, taking messages, checking voice messages.
- Invoicing - Tying up all the daily paperwork that comes through from Dispatch matching up with p/o and giving a final check before we pass over to finance for audit.
- General input of easy orders onto Sage, double/cross checking large orders,
To be successful in applying for this interim Sales Ledger role you will have:
- Be immediately available
- Sage 50 and strong excel experience
- Excellent customer service experience
- Able to work Tues, Weds, Thurs
£24,-26 Pro rata + Parking
