As a credit controller you will be join a small but busy fiance team where you will be repsonible for ensuring outstanding invoices are collected in a timely manner, creating strong business relationship resulting in repeat business, reconciling customer payments to the ledger and assisting with quality control and the returns process.

Description

The role of the credit controller will include but not limited to :

• Proactively chase any outstanding invoices by telephone ensuring prompt payment
• Allocate and reconcile of customer payments to the ledger
• Build long lasting internal and external relationships
• Raise authorised credit notes and complete weekly report of all credit notes raised
• Resolve any account and invoice queries in a timely manner
• Assist the quality control and returns procedures
• Offering a high level of customer service to the clients

• Previous experience of sales ledger duties - Essential

Job Offer

On offer for the right candidate is a salary up to £22,000 + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays + pension scheme + car parking + 1pm Friday finish.
