Emea Payroll and Benefits Officer - GBP40k-45k - City of London - Financial services Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be working exclusively with a massively growing Financial services firm in the heart of the city. This role will be reporting directly into the Head of Payroll and will offer you a great opportunity to grow your knowledge within EMEA Payroll. This role with involve: Own the payroll and benefits EMEA email inboxes, and be the first point of contact to assist employees with their daily questions Liaise with carriers and vendors to resolve employee benefit matters Prepare and distribute benefit open enrollment material, departure data and other time sensitive benefits notices, including Auto-Enrolment notices to employees Prepare all new hire and open enrollment onboarding material and deliver orientation on their first day Collect and process new hire information (P45, etc) and be able to answer queries on employee tax codes, etc Skills Required: Strong Uk Payroll Knowledge Dutch Payroll Knowledge would be an advantage Dealt with outsourced Payroll providers Strong excel skills ADP knowledge would be an advantage
