Trace are currently recruiting for an immediately available Qualified Accountant to lead a prestigious Arts organisation through a period of change in a Head of Finance role. Overseeing two capable members of their existing finance function you'll become part of a collaborative and creative team passionate about working within the Arts. This role is for an initial period of 6 months with the potential for it to become permanent. You'll become immediately involved with Management and leadership Owning the annual budgeting and forecasting processes partnering with senior stakeholders Statutory accounts and audit - liaising with delegated external auditors Implementation of a change management culture by challenging and replacing establish procedures and processes where necessary You'll be/have A Qualified Accountant (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) Immediately available Charity/Arts contracting experience A natural leader comfortable motivating others An keen desire to work within the Arts For further information please contact Jen McMurray on the attached details.
