We have the pleasure to be recruiting for a company based on the outskirts of Newmarket who are looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their team, this is a 20 hour per week position and would fit in nicely around school times. The duties for this position shall include but not be limited to:
• To provide banking and purchase ledger support including at other sites.
• Collect and post cash and credit cards daily.
• Post to nominal ledger ensuring suspense accounts clear.
• Register and scan invoices.
• Maintain cash floats and post to nominal ledger. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in an accountancy or finance team and will possess a numerate and methodical nature along with strong IT skills including Excel and Word.
