Work on innovative personalisation pricing strategies. This leading Retail Bank are growing their Pricing Team so as to allow for more personalisation on prices following a recent restructure and a growth in focus on the customer experience. What you'll be doing You will be working with the Pricing Team, to lead the development of new pricing strategy recommendations to achieve further growth. You'll be working on both strategic and tactical pricing changes. This will form part of the new realigned strategy to ensure that all services are more personalised to customers than ever before. Working with a range of different teams and departments, you will gain an excellent exposure to the product area you are working with, either Mortgages or Unsecured Products & Savings. What experience you'll need to apply Experience of retail banking products pricing Solid Excel skills Exposure to either SQL, SAS or Python preferred Numerate degree Strong analytical skils Experience of working with either mortgages, savings or loans What you'll get in return for your experience A competitive package of up to around £60K - £80K benefits c.20% bonus.
