We know that our people are our greatest asset and we are delighted to be growing our team further as we have an URGENT requirement for a Credit Controller to join our expanding Credit Control team based in our Birchwood Offices in Alfreton, DE55. This hugely exciting time to join the Eurocell team, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Credit Controller with proven success in managing a large ledger of trade customers, and managing volume live accounts. The successful applicant will take full control of the credit control for a client base, to ensure timely payments are made by credit trade customers. The role involves regular contact with clients, predominately via telephone, to arrange payment of due invoices, and reduce debtor days (a bonus is paid for hitting targets relating to debtor days), ensuring that solid customer-centric relationships are formed and maintained, and robust credit control methods are applied. Our current Credit Control function has a team of 14, servicing approximately 2000 live accounts.
