The successful candidate will be an ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified Accountant with strong commercial and analytical expertise who is looking for a challenging role that offers significant progression opportunities, including the chance to progress within the business in the future. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy thrive in roles that involve developing strong working relationships with operational team leaders across the organisation to bring budgets, forecasts, analysis and reports to life in order to have a positive impact on business performance. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for:
• Providing reporting and analysis with commentary including analysing financial results, statutory accounts/reporting and MI reporting.
• Assist in the production of budgets / forecasting including related reporting requirements
• Finance business partnering and developing strong relationships with a number of key operational team leaders through the business
• Assist in implementation of financial controls across the business
• Assisting in the development of financial models and analytical processes to meet business needs
• Act as a key point of contact for queries relating the financial planning throughout the organisation
• Any ad hoc reporting and analysis as and when required Ideally you will have/be:
• ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified Accountant
• 3 years' post qualified experience
• 1st class degree / 2:1 degree or above preferred however all candidates will be assessed on experience and merit.
• Advanced Excel skills essential and able to work autonomously in adding value across the business
• Excellent commercial and analytical skills and able to give tangible examples of positively impacting the bottom line through insightful analysis
