Assistant Accountant - Entertainment & Leisure Industry Manchester City Centre £22,000 - £25,000 Manchester based entertainment and leisure group with 16 prestigious UK sites are now looking to appoint an Assistant Accountant to be part of this exciting sector at Head Office. You will report to the Group Financial Controller and be given ownership for 3 sites, 2 based in Manchester and 1 in Leeds where you have the responsibility to manage all finance transactions from ledger through to management of the P&L and budgets and forecasts. The Group FC has a supportive nature and is willing to consider any applicants who have the passion for the sector however may be lacking some of the month end experience as she can offer you hands on training and support. You will be: Experienced in producing accounts to TB stage as a minimum ideally with full responsibility for one P&L Looking to take on a newly created role where you can implement your own ideas and strategy to the finance reporting schedule Keen to meet with non-finance leadership to present financial results and be visible across the group Genuinely an incredible opportunity for someone with a natural flair and passion for accounting who wants to be part of an entrepreneurial and ever growing sector.
