We are urgently seeking candidates with Accounts Receivable experience who can join our client in Watford ASAP, for a temporary position, for a minimum of 3 months work. These roles are based with our client in their modern open plan office, to help support an extremely fast paced and busy team. We need candidates that can hit the ground running and who are fully confident in working independently. Full training and support will be provided however we are looking to speak with candidates who are experienced within the below duties. Duties to include: Processing all customer refunds Maintaining all sales ledger reports for the internal and external reporting Processing all direct debits Allocating cash against invoices Record all customer information including receipts on excel spreadsheets To post cash and invoices accurately against all accounts Skills & experienced required: Data processing Ability to work independently Experience processing large volumes of transaction Great eye for details Excellent knowledge of Excel spreadsheets Please note that we are looking for candidates that can start a new role ASAP and who can commit to working full time Monday to Friday.
