Salary:
£Up to £22,000 depending on experience Job Type: Full time, Up to 12 Month Contract to cover Maternity Leave

Leicester Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday SF Recruitment are working with a growing business based in Leicester to recruit for an Accounts Assistant to cover Maternity Leave. This a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants a varied role to start as soon as possible. As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for: - All aspects of purchase ledger and sales ledger - Month end process - Accruals - Rebate calculation - Profit adjustments calculation - Express / POD invoices (can be classified outside month end) - Accruals - Balance Sheet reconciliation - Bank Reconciliations - Year-end aspects: General review & tidying up of accounts for annual audit (general experience as opposed to high level experience) Experience and skills required for the Accounts Assistant Vacancy: - Good understanding of accounting principles - Experience of balance sheet reconciliations - Good excel skills - Good interpersonal skills - Keen manner/uses initiative - Flexible nature Applicants who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
