Their treasury function is key to the delivery of their strategic objectives in enhancing their working with new and existing partners, being an active developer of homes, and maintaining their strong financial position. If you have the ability to think logically and analytically, are highly numerate, have a keen eye for detail, are able to prioritise tasks, and have a structured approach to challenges then they have a superb opportunity for someone like you. You're likely to be looking to start a treasury career perhaps from your existing finance / treasury background, or as a recent university leaver. Either way, you'll have an inquisitive mind and an interest in how they put social housing money to work and manage it all. You'll be challenged from the start, as they continue on their path of managing their £200m debt book, creating capacity to build more homes, and ensuring governance and controls are firmly in place. You'll have full support from the small team you'll be joining and other resources to help you grow and develop and will have ample opportunity to learn on the job through mentoring, shadowing and training. Your daily tasks will include producing financial information reports, cash flow forecasts and other administrative tasks involved in treasury management.
