Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant on behalf of an excellent charitable organisation based in Watford. This position would suit an individual looking to progress their career in finance with a stable background working in a varied accounts role. responsibilities:
Maintaining Purchase ledgers for the company Adhering to financial procedures for the recording of invoices and expenses Payment runs preparation Dealing with purchase ledger queries from suppliers Credit Card and Bank reconcilliations VAT Returns Maintain ledgers to trial balance Speaking with suppliers and other organisations The ideal Finance Assistant will have: 1.5 years experience in an finance department Strong technical skills - must have used ERP Systems Experience working within a group of companies with multiple entities Ability to communicate excellently, both written and verbal, to those at all levels Keen eye for details with the ability to prioritise work Strong organisational skills Strong reconciliation experience If this position is of interest to you, apply now Any questions, please contact Jessica in the Hatfield branch.
